Education City

Aloha friends!

Today I'd like to talk to you about something I found interesting at the school where I am taking my teacher training.

This is Education City, a website where children can work on-line about any subject as an assignment. This is full of interactive learning materials that are sold to schools or families.

At the school where I'm developing my teacher training they use it as a homework. Every week, the teacher send some work to do related with those learnings of the different subjects they are working at class. It is working perfectly; teachers, parents and also pupils like it very much!

This website method allows a perfect communication between teachers and parents, letting the parents control children homework that is at the same time controlled by the teacher.

Activities contents are completely based at English, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland curriculum contents with different subjects as: Spanish, Mathematics, English & Literacy, English as a second language, Science, French, Computing. Those are differenced by the grades at every different educational system.
