What is a must on nowadays teachers' learning about teaching?

I posted a survey in the blog, placed just at the end of the page, under the entries.

In this survey I'd like to know your opinion about this question:

What is a must on nowadays teachers' learning about teaching?

These are the possible answers:

· Languages. Nowadays English is the key to discover the world and go through it.We must be experts in teaching languages.

· Socialization. Empathy, friendship, learn to live in sociaty is one of the most important values we can teach to our children in a democratic 21st century.

· Methods. Adaptation is fundamental, every child will need specific help, differently than any other classmate. Teachers should know a huge range of methods.

· Co-working. Teachers will work better in groups than by their own. Learning to work on a team will help you to teach that to your students.
